VEEV is a pod-type vape device consisting of two variants: VEEV NOW, a disposable pod, and VEEV ONE, which is rechargeable and reusable.

VEEV Cares is a service provided by VEEV to help you address various issues with your VEEV device. Before reaching out, you can perform a self-diagnosis by following the guide below.

What Should You Do If Your VEEV NOW or VEEV ONE Device Has Issues?

If you encounter the following issues with your VEEV device, here are the steps you can take to resolve them:

  • E-Liquid Leaaking on the Pod/Mouthpiece: If you see droplets of liquid on the pod or mouthpiece, wiped off the e-liquid immediately with a clean, dry cloth before using the device. If you come into a contact with leaking e-liquid from the VEEV NOW or VEEV ONE pod, wash the affected area with soap and water immediately.
  • Blinking LED Light: The LED light on VEEV NOW and VEEV ONE devices is designed to indicate the battery status. You can easily learn more about what’s the meaning of blinking LED lights on VEEV NOW and VEEV One device.
  • LED Light Not Turning On: A non-illuminated LED light indicates that your device’s battery is depleted. For VEEV ONE, recharge the device using a compatible charger, and for VEEV NOW, replace the device with a new one.
  • VEEV NOW Is Hard to Puff On: The VEEV NOW pod comes with a plastic cover. Ensure that the plastic covers on both the top and bottom of the device are removed before use. Additionally, your fingers might be blocking the air inlet holes on the sides of the device. Make sure the air inlet holes remain uncovered while using the VEEV NOW/when puffing on the device.

You can perform a self-diagnosis to ensure that your VEEV device is functioning optimally. Use the self-diagnosis tools for VEEV NOW and VEEV ONE at veev.id.
